Remote Work in the USA
A brief illustrated and narrated animation about remote work in the USA from 2017 to 2021. According to the United States Census Bureau American Community Survey, the pandemic saw a tripling of people who reported working remotely.
This was something I was inspired to illustrate as I noticed the increasing wave of digital nomadism during the COVID-19 pandemic. Having joined that wave, I was encouraged to visualize a world in which not everyone needs to commute to an office every day!
